Dr. Daquino brings over 20 years of medical experience and extensive post-graduate training in non-surgical orthopedics, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and aesthetics.

After two decades working with athletes at every level — weekend warriors, industrial athletes, and High School, Professional, and Olympic competitors — he opened Revivify to bring that same standard of unhurried, evidence-based care to primary care patients.

Revivify Direct Primary Care exists because he believes medicine works best when it's built around a real relationship between doctor and patient — not a billing code.
